4 . Go through the textbooks
If you get overwhelmed seeing big big chapters. Break them down into several parts(tip- have a notion page or bullet journal page with chapter breakdowns), chapter breakdowns can be even helpful with time blocking.
5 .Be excited about learning
This will help you as the brain remembers information associated to extreme emotions better

4) do some pre-research of what you are gonna study
6 .Write a letter to your future self
Write a letter to your future self who is exhausted, demotivated, stressed. Write one or multiple letters explaining why you have to study hard and motivate yourself through the letters.
7 .Set attainable goals
Set personalised goals for yourself
Eg
Limit procrastination
Submit hw and cw on time
Make self notes etc
8 .Make a vision board

A clean space has proven to increase productivity and drastically eliminate distractions.
